Verity Metabolic Health is a New Mexico–based virtual practice dedicated to providing evidence-based weight management and metabolic health care.

Founded by Carolina Jarvis, PA-C, Verity was created to expand access to personalized, compassionate care for patients seeking support with weight management and long-term health improvement. As a Physician Associate with experience caring for patients across multiple medical specialties, PA Jarvis understands that weight management is complex and influenced by biology, lifestyle, medical conditions, and individual circumstances. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient's unique goals and may include lifestyle interventions, education, ongoing support, and medication management when clinically appropriate.

Verity provides convenient virtual care throughout New Mexico in collaboration with an experienced supervising physician, helping patients access high-quality care from the comfort of home.
